Your website is costing you clients.

Websites that earn trust before the first call.

Your work is excellent. Your website should prove it. I rebuild websites for established professional services firms whose sites make them look smaller than they are. Law firms, financial advisors, consultants, and firms like them.

Let's talk about first impressions.

Think about the last client you won. Before they ever called, what did you want them to think about you?

Credible. Established. Worth the fee.

Now open your website and look at it the way a stranger would. Is that what it says?

For a lot of excellent firms, it isn't. The site was built years ago. The homepage takes three paragraphs to explain what you do. Mobile is a mess. There's no clear next step. The whole thing quietly says "we stopped paying attention around 2016."

None of that is about your work. Your work is great. That's exactly the problem. There's a gap between how good you are and how good you look, and prospects fill that gap with doubt.

Every week it stays like this, someone who would have hired you is hiring someone else.

Not sure where your site stands? Find out in 60 seconds.

Type in your URL. You'll get a grade, the specific things costing you trust, and what to fix first. It's automated, it's honest, and it's free.

No email needed to see your grade. The full report costs you an email address, and that's it.

Here's how it works. Three steps, no mystery.

  1. You get a plan before anyone designs anything.

A short call and a questionnaire. What you do, who you want more of, what's not working now. You see the strategy in writing before a single page gets designed.

    2 to 3 days
  2. You approve real screens before I build a thing.

Structure, then design, then development. No mood boards, no vague directions. You look at the actual pages and say yes or tell me what to change, and I explain every decision in plain English.

    About two weeks
  3. You launch, and you own all of it.

Handoff, training, and two weeks of support after launch. Every file, every login, every account is yours. No platform you're renting, nothing you need me for.

Four to six weeks, start to finish

Six weeks from now you either have a site you'd send to your biggest prospect without flinching, or you have the one you have today. That's the whole choice.

Two ways to build it. I'll tell you which one you need.

You don't have to know what any of the technical words mean. Your answers pick the build.

The Statement Site

From $6,000

You own it forever. No monthly fees. Nothing to maintain.

Hand-built, custom, not a template. Nothing to update, nothing to break, no subscription you're paying for the rest of your life. Five to eight pages is typical.

The Growth Site

From $10,000

For firms that publish, or want to make their own updates.

Everything in the Statement Site, plus a simple editing dashboard so your team can add articles and bios without calling me. Larger scope, more pages, more functionality.

The Website Audit

$450

Not sure you need a rebuild? Don't guess.

I go through your site the way a prospect would and tell you what's costing you trust and what to fix first. Written report and a call. If you hire me afterward, the $450 comes off the project.

What clients say when I'm not in the room.

She was organized, proactive, and worked tirelessly to achieve our objectives. If you want to work with someone who genuinely cares about your project, Paula is your go-to person.

Lou Apollo Education Systems

She communicated with me over the few weeks she worked on our firm's website, was responsive, took all our feedback, and was very positive, patient, accommodating, and reassuring. She took this off my plate and I am so happy I picked her for my website design and development.

Sergio Athanasso Xenos Law Group

This might be a great fit. Or a terrible one.

Probably a great fit if:

  • Your firm is established and past the scrappy stage
  • Your website doesn't reflect how good your work actually is
  • You'd rather do this right once than patch it together a third time
  • You want someone who communicates and explains, not someone who disappears for three weeks

Probably not, if:

  • You want the cheapest possible option
  • You need it done by Friday with no strategy
  • You want to control every pixel instead of trusting the process
  • You think a website is a one-time purchase you never touch again

If you're in the first column, let's talk.

Paula Duvall, who designs and builds every Renyx Design site

Who's behind this

One person, not an agency.

I'm Paula. One person, not an agency. I do the strategy, the design, the build, and the handoff, and I actually answer my email. Forty-one projects in, I know what makes a serious firm look serious online. And what quietly undermines it.

More about me and how I work

Questions you're probably thinking.

Good. Here are the answers.

How much does a website rebuild cost?

Website rebuilds start at $6,000. That is the Statement Site: hand-built, yours outright, no monthly fees. The Growth Site starts at $10,000 and adds a dashboard so your team can publish and edit without me. Every project is scoped individually, and you get an honest number before we start. No surprise invoices. If you would rather find out what is wrong with the site you have first, the Website Audit is $450 and comes off the project if you hire me afterward.

How long does it take?

Most projects take about 4 to 6 weeks from kickoff to launch. Larger or more complex sites can take 6 to 8 weeks. I'll give you a clear timeline before we start so there are no surprises.

Do I own my website when it's done?

Yes, completely. Every file, every login, every account is in your name. Most of my sites are hand-built, which means there is no page builder licence to keep paying for and no theme to break when someone stops updating it. If you publish regularly I will build you WordPress instead, and you own that just as completely. Either way you are not renting anything from me.

What if I don't know what I need?

Most people who reach out don't. That's literally part of my job to figure out. Fill out the form, tell me what's going on with your site, and I'll tell you what I'd recommend. Sometimes it's a full rebuild. Sometimes it's just a few targeted fixes. No pressure either way.

What happens after launch? Do you just disappear?

No. Every project includes two weeks of support after launch, and you get screen recordings of your own pages so you can make edits yourself. After that it depends what I built you. A hand-built Statement Site has nothing to maintain, so most of those clients never need me again. On a WordPress build there is a Care Plan at $250 a month covering hosting, updates, backups, security and up to two hours of changes. It is optional, and the site works fine without it.

Can I see examples of your work?

Yes. There are five case studies on the work page, each with the client's industry, what I built, the before and after, and the numbers afterward where I have them. I don't hide behind mockups or invented dashboards. These are real sites for real businesses, and two of those clients are still working with me.

What if we're not a good fit?

I'll tell you. Seriously. If your project isn't something I can do well, or if the budget doesn't line up, I'd rather be straight with you than take on something that won't get my best work. No hard feelings, no weird sales pressure.

The longer you wait, the more it costs.

If your website turns away even two potential clients a month, and each one is worth $5,000 to your firm:

Website rebuilds start at $6,000. I take on two to three projects at a time.

2 lost clients x $5,000 each =

$10,000 a month walking out the door.

Let's see if this makes sense.

Tell me a little about your business and what's going on with your website. If it sounds like a good fit, I'll send you a link to book a call. If it's not the right match, I'll tell you that too.

I'm not going to sell you on anything. We'll just talk.

  • Website rebuilds start at $6,000.
  • I take on two to three projects at a time, so availability is limited.
  • If your project is a good fit, I'll get back to you within one business day.

Even if you're embarrassed by it. Especially then.

A sentence or two is plenty.
